My husband and I bought a high quality custom home from Jesse at Del Cielo Homes several years ago. The customer service he provides is exceptional. We obviously had a punch list prior to closing and all was addressed and completed beautifully. However, once we lived in the house for a a couple of weeks and saw things we didn't see to be addressed prior to closing (small touch ups), we contacted Jesse and he had his team respond to our requests. Jesse also followed up with us once the issues were finished by his team. Again, exceptional client/builder relationship. * a side note our home was already built and we did not go through the building process with the builder *. We are the first and only homeowners of the home though. Hard to leave such a great home. Lots of "comparing" the product and quality to other homes. Del Cielo and Jesse are highly recommended!
